What an experience for me today.Today after a few mins cooling down after the run on the track mill, suddenly.. Jeng3.. I Collapsed. Hahha!. i collapsed flat on the floor. my vision was totally blurred and blackout, BLACKOUT!. Haha. the feeling was awesome. a few secs i realized my head was on the medicine ball. on luck my head was landed there, like straight to bed. lol, the instructor all like " are u ok?, are u ok?" haha.. after recover and sit on the chair i kind of like want to laugh?, smile?. haha. felt embarrassed but felt great to. nicee =)

actually i was mentally depressed of something, if my frens who have gave a listening ear to what i share my probs with them every time, they should know what i'm talking about.. so from that mentally depressed i tired letting go by running on the track mill faster and faster. seriously if u see also like shocking la. i kept on increasing the speed of the track mill. run fast for 20 mins. with that state of mind, i really dont feel tired cause the anger is there, my feet just kept on running and running. but after cooling down i tried to walk here and there abit, but from there my vision started to go colorful little pixels. from there i knew that surely i'm gonna go unbalanced but didn't taught of going blackout and drop flat, after a few sec suddenly blackout and can say another few sec my eyes start to get the vision then i felt my head was on a medicine ball. but after that knock on the head on the medicine ball i felt better, i felt like no stress like that?, felt like i'm no more mentally depressed. maybe the feeling is for awhile?.. i hope not. hhmmm... so thats how the story goes but still after that i continue my workout. yea i know, paiseh. but what to do?, Like my Lecturer always said "THAT'S LIFE", hahaha... till now when thinking back of the tragedy happen i can laugh man. seriously funny sia. haha. =))

Yeah finally exams are done. fewwhhh... so now here holiday comes!. Woohoo!.. anyways here i wanna post some pics on what i did yesterday after studying with frens for this last exam paper.

after studying me and Helmi went to Sri Kamala at serangoon there to eat. that is my second time eating there with Helmi. really nice man the food dwn there. MMmmm!!.. i ate poori for that day. the poori is so damn big.. Sapao!..lol so after eating, we went to the shops along the serangoon road there.. Helmi wanted to buy for himself a new Shades. so we went from shop to shop finding the rite one that he ones. at the end he bought the shades that he wanted and we taught of going home. so from there we encounter with this sign from MAsjid Angullia, haha.. see what does it says there. haha..

Today taking my test on ST and after that X-country that i have registered. For X-country i did ok. ran 4. 7km. after all the last min days of training on jogging long distance plus swimming, i think if i dont train within the days of last min i think i couldn't get the position that i had rite now. i got 35th position out of 100 people who participated. It was a First time for me to take part in this event. Can say the people there are good runners. When we are on the starting line. when they say GO!. This front line racers ran like as if they have been chase by dogs. Its reminds me of a fren from east that used to be in west, name Fauzan. OMG. i cant go onto that kind of running pace. i just ran constantly, didn't slow down. if got the opportunity to cut the person in front then i'll quickly will slide my way in. if they managed to counter that then i give them the way, but in my mind they will tired somehow. i did that kind of techniques alot to the runners there. Theres alot of Chickies man. chickies who run really good.. they are like my kind of girl. very sporty nice figured athletic body. I LIKE =) Mmmmm!... haha. The X-country was a preparation for the top 50 people who can represent for West. the schools which participate for just now is: Ang mo kio, Balestier, Bukit Batok, Clementi and Dover. 4th March i must run again. i heard from Fauzan that we gonna run at bedok reservoir for 4.1km next. and that Fauzan is representing for East. Heard from him that he got 4th position for the X-country. damn... not that kind surprised, he is and athletic student and his the leader from that CCA he took. hhmmm....not sure how i'm gonna make it through this powerful strong runners. wahhh... Got to Train HArd so i can get The position I'm aiming for and it is the 20th position. top 20. if possible. =)
Anyways there pic that i have took down at Chinese Garden where we run there. took those pic while waiting for my fren Joyce. anyways she got 11th position in the race. Nice one there. =)

A professor stood before his philosophy class
and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
And proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively
filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - family,
children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, Your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else --The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,' He continued,
there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for the things that are important to you.

So...

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.

There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled.
'I'm glad you asked'.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,

Why Malaysian Government insists on using English for math and science?

This is because the whole world uses the language as an information and/or technology language. How dangerous it will be if we try to use Bahasa, especially in school. See example below:-


Hardware = barangkeras

Software = baranglembut

Joystick = batang gembira

Plug and Play = cucuk dan main

Port = lubang

Server = pelayan

Client = pelanggan


Try to translate this:

ENGLISH:

That server gives a plug and play service to the client using either hardware or software joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client.


Now in BAHASA:

Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main dengan menggunakan batang gembira jenis keras atau lembut. Batang gembira itu akan dimasukkan ke dalam lubang pelanggan.

yesterday went watching movie with my 2 frens, Aiman and Yunos.. went watching Tooth Fairy. at first i taught its gonna be like boring, but after all the watching. i took back my words and yeah.. ITs Great. =)
watch the movie for free or maybe not that free cause still i need to pay 3 bucks for watching it.. so yea, paid only 3 bucks cause aiman got 2 tickets with a discount on it?.. not sure how it goes anyways the movie its very funny. its a family movie. and also theres sad part to a funny movie to. altogether i give upon 5, 3 pops to watch =)
and i also heard from my fren aiman that he want to watch that Tooth Fairy movie cause of Dwayne Johnson's body.. i was like damn.. whats wrong with u boy? are u feeling unwell?.. actually i know what he meant, but i just like u know tease him abit.. lol. me and Yunos like mking that awkward face. haha.. yea in that movie Dwayne Johnson really in lean shape body.. very nice cutting he got there.. aint that bulky anymore. nice2.. so yea i suggest u with frens or family should watch that movie =)
for me the most funny part is when he shrinks himself when eating the shrinking paste and the last part of the movie, when u see it u'll know. =)

Yesterday my school burn dwn not sure of whats the cause is. its still on investigation. so today not schooling cause of the fire outbreak. nthing much to say.. u want to read more heres the link to the news.
