Tmrw NAFA Test

Damn tmrw is my Napfa test!...hmmm... i need to take my Napfa at 8.30. I'm afraid i wouldnt make it to the timming i want for 2.4, so far my technique to improve my timming for tmrw is just to follow my frens back, cause his stamina is better then me, just hope tmrw i can catch up with his tempo...so far i have train for 3 days for this, firstly with my friend from CD, secondly with my Bt Fren from ITE Dv gym and thirdly on my own and i also did some cardio after running 2.4 to just lossen up my weight..so tmrw is the result for me to put me on the test of my physical abillity...so today must sleep early gotta get rest for tmrw... ok thats all for today BYE2.

My MOm make pulut serondeng..

today after finish school i went home then help my mom take some pics of her pulut serondeng and i take this picture as an advantage to put it in my blog and i also give her extra idea of decorating it actaully those are for my brothers cause my father wanted to do doa selamat for them and actually its my 1st bro birthday but we plan to mix it with my 2nd bro birthday to...so today i must wait for my father and my 1st bro come back home, if they are late i'm gonna be sleeping cause rite now the time is 10.14, if 10.30 already i surely go sleep..so sorry to my family cause seriosuly i'm tired and tmrw i got many stuff to do like fitness stuff and an intense fitness...so sorry people...

Training for Napfa

This morning i ran 2.4 with my fren, actually my fren he did not run but he cycle and i run, so far i really slack alot cause like 3 weeks like taht i did not do any runnings i really drop my timing like around 14 mins, wahh that was so disapointing for me, i think the problem to my timing is maybe the place today i run got so many hills that why i'm kind of slow?...and the recently i run is straight surface like the track at the stadium..hhmm...after finish running 2.4 my fren ask me to sprint 100 meters i get around 16 sec and after doing those sprinting he ask me to run big steps but not sprinting for 100 meters i got around 21 sec.. wah so liek damn tired man then he asked me to do like wat the normal atheletics do sprint to point A come back to point 0 sprint to point B come back to point 0 sprint to point C come back to point 0 for 3 sets waahh! cannot tahan man...after doing those he ask me to do lunges around 300 to 400 meters but at the end he gave me face he said aonly d0 around 300 meter...all that workout i hope there will be some improvement for the Napfa test then he also did show me the technique of doin shuttle run and SBJ after those workouts we went to his cousins house that is my frens house to lend a bal but for me i went there to just refill my water so damn thisty man..then we went to the park at the basket ball court there to pass around the ball and stuff finish playing with the ball we went to sumplaza tak aircon then he buy some drinks then we went home on that time i'm really hungry i can t wait to eat my mom's cook Mee goreng, MmMmMm!.......

GIG at ITE dover..

Today i am part of the gig event i'm being the security like bodyguard and WoW, i saw chicks came for that gig man but one thing the crowd is not alot i think is around 80 people like that, kind of boring in the afternoon, nthing much....ITE band do some performance but it seems some of the people watching it is not feeling it, majority of them sit down just slack...first time in my like i saw a tudung girl become a lead singer from a band kind of shocking just imagine if that tudung girl gone haye wire and open the tudung and do the head banging OMG..i think by then its end of life man lol...so far nothing happen in the afternoon cause the security people is tight but at night wow people start to go over the limits cause the security just took care of the hall and some slack cause we taught its going to be just like that till night but not. First i new this thing had happen cause when i try to see is anyone doing any stupid stuff inside the toilet i smell like some been smoking inside the toilet so i told the Edwin(security leader) about that then the second thing is when i went down to the canteen to find Min my security partner i saw people smoking every where so i went up and told the rest of the security to go down and help me out to make them walk away, i told faizul so faizul told this guy Sara to talk to them this guy Sara have experience in being bodyguard, after that we all check the school compud if there's any sign of this crowd people. When the Osiris the Singapore popular band is performing wow this bunch of crowd really fanatics about the rockstars they head banging and some of the wanted to start body surfing and also morsh so far we teh security keep it cool cause its not so bad but we're in high alert of anything happen, seriously when this people is fanatically head banging and stuff i was like kind of scared man the mood of the place really like some devil go inside their body, by the way this is like my frist time seeing gigs and fanatico people. Concert has ended then the gym members start to take pics in the gym room..

watch Movie (DARK KNIGHT)

W0w, dark knight movie was a blast, great movie, love it...dosent even waste my money watching it, batman got his brand new looks lighter suit and his neck now can turn 180 not like last movie, he even cant turn his neck properly he must turn the whole body to look at someone lol....and his gadjets are super dam cool..i like the part when the batman car got this ability to change just the side of the vehicle to a motor bike and dont forget joker, wow heath ledger acts are so evil..gd acting as joker but to bad he died, the dark knight movie theres also two-face cool graphic for the face and acting as two-face is aaron eckhart...so far story line is very2 gd..5 stars for that..

Trial

today i'm holding on to my frens headphone cause i'm on some kind of trial to see wether the headphone is working well, but the thing now is i facing abit of problem with this headphone and i kind of feeling frustrated cause i'm really desprate on having a headphone and a cheap one and my fren is selling the price at 25 and i want a cheap one cause i have not enough money to buy those 70 to 80 dollars headphone...hhmmm....the thing now is i dont know wether my zen is having the connection problem or maybe my frens headphone?, maybe either one i said that because so far i tried on my psp for an hour and nothing happen..hhmm...is my zen on a problem?...if my zen is the problem to the connetion failure i'm really gonna be bored cause have no songs to hear, wahhh!!....my psp got only 31 songs and my zen got 900 something songs..hhmm...i think i should try listen to it again on my zen.

CMPB

i reach red hill around 11.30 and it is so early to go for medical check up cause i booked my time at 1 then i came at red hill around 11.30...from 11.30 to 11.50 i played my psp to cover up my boredness and from 11.50 to 12.05 i saw this kid, what i think about him is like his homeless kind of kid and i think the age is around 12 y.old. I saw he walk slowly towards the dustbin and take 1 of the cigarets there and smoke it OMG....when my time is around 12.10 i took a taxi to CMPB, when i finally reach there wah stupid thing happen, firstly i did ask the man where should i enter in the place then the man show me by pointing its just over there, then i go there but i dont know where and 1 stupid thing is i tried using my ic and tap the card at the tapping machine like u know the ez-link stuff u tap to enter...yarh...and i really did but actaully those stuff is for the staff people only, lol...then i still dont get it i asked him again how should i go in?..then he point to me there the last one, that place is like so obvious that people can see but i cant what the hell, that's the only machine that can straight away go in, lol.. while i'm in i walk my way to the cmpb, i reach there and everything goes smoothly....then suddenly i saw simon my classmate, but i didnt want to call him, lazy ah and some more he is with his parents when photo taking time wah its like this guy is so gay man he really like, u know actaully i can like take off my shirt but this guy he like hepling me to take out, omg i felt like saying to him hey i'm straight but at the end i didnt cause i dnt want like....nvm i dont know how to fix the word but seriously i dont like wat he did to me just now so uncomfortable but i acted cool and straight down there....over there i also did make frens with a chinese guy from simei and a indian muslim guy from simei to i didnt remember their names, i also have a great time talking with them, wat a fast 1 to make frens, then after making frens with this 2 no matter wat we must proceed to other stations so i cant always with this guys rite? so i must like mix with others to, so i got talk to this malay guy so far this malay guy got a good ambition and the path way also not bad he wanted to become some one like timbaland making rythms and he did survey schools at australia cool rite...so far after all the checking i did get pes b i get pes b cause i'm abit heavy actaully i can get pes a but just because the weight is heavy i'm in pes b a good pes b, no matter wat atleast i'm in pes b then pes c or bp.....wah and the final station walau need to answer all the question some of the question stupid man some of it i really dont undertand and some of it i do properly then at last the last quest i do anyhow, hahaha...seriously if ur in my shoes u will exactly do the same thing... and all the questioning is like i think around 100 of them shit man i took 1 hour to finish i think?..wat i feel is like i'm inside some chamber tied up and cant go anywhere and u just need to do all the question if not u will bare the consequences, seriously the quest is dam alot..u'll think its done but its issnt..
